Thank you for supporting our handmade creations. Each doll in our store is carefully handcrafted and unique. Because our products are handmade items rather than factory-produced goods, please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.
- Handmade Product Notice
- All dolls sold in our shop are handmade crochet dolls, clay dolls, or handmade art toys created individually by skilled artisans. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, which means: Small differences in shape, color, or texture may occur. Handmade marks are part of the artistic character. No two dolls will ever be exactly the same All product photos shown on our website are real photos of the actual items whenever possible. Please review the product details and images carefully before placing your order. Differences in personal aesthetic preference are not considered product defects.
- Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Orders that have already entered the production process or shipping process may not be cancelled.
- Returns
- Due to the handmade nature and uniqueness of our products, returns are generally not accepted. We only accept returns in the following situation: The item arrives defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after the item has been delivered: Your order number. Photos of the damaged item.Photos of the original packaging If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email.Approved refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.We do not provide cash refunds unless required by law.Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refund processing may take up to 10 business days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item received
