All products in our store are handmade items. Production time usually takes 7–35 days, depending on:
- The complexity of the design
- The number of orders currently in production
- The crafting time required for each piece
- Some more detailed or customized dolls may require additional time. We appreciate your patience as every piece is made with care rather than mass-produced.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
When your order is completed, it will be shipped.Estimated shipping time depends on the destination country and shipping carrier.Typical delivery times may range between 7-25 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking
- When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system. Thank you for supporting slow handmade art instead of mass production.
